About Suellen and Lisa

Together they bring a shared commitment to your welbeing

Suellen Stringer-Hye

I have been practicing yoga for more than 50 years. My family has been on Cape Cod for generations  Though I live in Nashville, TN with my husband, Rick  and our handsome cat Jeff, one part of my heart is devoted to this beautiful place where so many happy memories were born. I customize my teaching to each person drawing from my years of experience with many modalities. I consider yoga a holistic approach to self exploration and discovery

Lisa Sullivan

I have been practicing yoga for more than 25 years. I am thrilled to have recently moved back to Cape Cod and to now be able to co-host retreats here! I live in Falmouth, MA with my husband, Dylan and our three rescue animals (a dog and two cats). My teaching style accommodates all levels and focuses on empowering students to discover their inner strengths through tailoring my teaching to their unique needs, emphasizing inclusivity and the belief that yoga should adapt to fit the student.
